  • I am having difficulty placing an order and would like some help, what do I do?
    You can call in via the number listed (020 8507 2926) and we will be happy to talk you through your order and help you place it
  • I want to place a large order and want to know if there is an easier way of placing the order?
    If you are ordering various products or delivering to various places and would like assistance to make the process easier we can send over a form to fill in if you prefer using this method. If you would like to discuss various options for your large order please call in on the number listed (020 8507 2926) or email in at orders@drinksandtreats.com. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and help you make the process easier. We can help you with your party, corporate, hen, stag, baby shower, birthday, or any other occasion's needs.
  • I have received my order and there are damages inside, what happens next?
    Whilst every care is taken to avoid damages occurring during delivery, we understand this may not be the case every time. Please send an email with pictures to orders@drinksandtreats.com of your damaged products to verify your claim within 24 hours of receiving your goods. This helps us better plan future deliveries and improve our service overall. Once your claim is verified we will offer you a refund on the damaged items.
  • How do I cancel/return or refund something?

    Customers in the UK are covered by Distance Selling Regulations, which means you are allowed to cancel you order from the moment you place the order, to 7 days after you receive your order. To cancel an order simply email us at orders@drinksandtreats.com within 7 working days of receiving your order or anytime from the moment you placed your order. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless the item is damaged ) within 14 days of you cancelling the order.

    When you return your order it has to be in its original packaging, unopened, with any seals not broken, securely wrapped and at your risk. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you within 30 days of the goods having been returned to us.

    Exceptions to Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

    If your order contains any of the following items we will be unable to Cancel your order (including postage & packaging) once it has been delivered: Food/Chocolate gifts – Sending items such as these back and forth via couriers leads to the detriment in quality of these goods.

    Create your own Giftpack/Hampers – This entire process is not cancellable, starting from the type of packaging selected to the personalisation. These are packed according to your specific requirements and costs us in ways of packaging,labour and specific products purchased that cannot be recovered for resale purposes. Any products without their original packaging, opened, with any seals broken and not securely wrapped, cannot be returned or refunded.

  • My order is a gift and it is going directly to the recipient, will there be pricing information in the package?
    We never send any pricing information or invoices in any of our packages so rest assured you can send your order directly to the recipient without disclosing any information about the value of a gift.
  • How do I know where my order is?

  • Gift Messages and Gift Tags - What's the difference and how do I add them?

    A gift message can be added at checkout and is attached to your order. A gift tag is a premium service where you can choose various colours/themes and sizes to add more of an impact to your gift to make the delivery a little bit more special.

    Free gift messages can be added once you add products to your cart, by clicking on cart on the top right hand corner. This message will appear with the paperwork accompanying your order.

    Gift Tags are a premium service and can be added whilst you view a product by clicking on "Gift Tags" on the individual product description page.
