Delivery Information- So you have placed your order, what happens next?

• Orders placed by 11am on a standard working day (Monday to Friday), we will always attempt to dispatch on the same day to get you what you want, faster.
• Cut of time for all orders is 11am on any working day (Monday to Friday), so for example an order placed on a Monday at 2pm will only be dispatched on a Tuesday, meaning you would likely receive your order on the Thursday.
• Once your goods are dispatched you will receive an automated email with information on how to track your order. This will also be available in your account if you created one before making your purchase.
• Orders need to be signed for upon delivery as proof of delivery however if the driver encounters any issues, they would usually leave a postage card explaining the next steps available to you to obtain your parcel.
• We do not send out orders on Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or UK public holidays (Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter etc), meaning an order placed on a Saturday will only be received by our offices on a Monday.
• In peak seasonal periods such as Christmas, couriers tend to be overwhelmed and add in delays to meet demand. If your order has not been received in 4 days of being dispatched or not been confirmed as dispatched please get in touch with us so we can find a solution.
