Deliveries are currently being delayed due to COVID-19 and are charged as per below for shipping:

UK Mainland Deliveries:

Delivery in 2 - 5 working days £4.99 (per 6 products ordered - i.e. if you were to order 12 bottles of wines, you would be charged for two sets of shipping charges)

Other Destinations (Isle Of Wight, The Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles Of Scilly):

Delivery in 3 - 5 working days £6.99 (per 6 products ordered - i.e. if you were to order 12 bottles of wines, you would be charged for two sets of shipping charges)

UK Mainland Deliveries: 

  • Delivery 48 – Delivery by close of business in 2 working days £4.99 - See Above
  • Delivery 24 – Delivery by close of business in 1 working day. £6.99 -  See Above

Please note we charge shipping per 6 products purchased, so if you were to order 6 bottles, you would be charged £4.99 for shipping, however if you ordered 9 bottles you would be charged for two sets of shipping charges.

Delivery Information- So you have placed your order, what happens next?

  • Orders placed by 1pm on a standard working day (Monday to Friday), we will always attempt to dispatch on the same day to get you what you want, faster.
  • Cut of time for all orders is 1pm on any working day (Monday to Friday), so for example an order placed on a Delivery 48 on a Monday at 2pm will only be dispatched on a Tuesday, meaning you would likely receive your order on the Thursday.
  • However, an order placed on a Monday by 11am for a delivery 48 drop, would likely get a delivery on the Wednesday.
  • Once your goods are dispatched you will receive an automated email with information on how to track your order. This will also be available in your account.
  • Orders need to be signed for upon delivery as proof of delivery however if the driver encounters any issues, they would usually leave a postage card explaining the next steps available to you to obtain your parcel.
  • We do not send out orders on Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or UK public holidays (Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter etc), meaning an order placed on a Saturday will only be received by our offices on a Monday.
  • In peak seasonal periods such as Christmas, couriers tend to be overwhelmed and add in delays to meet demand. If your order has not been received in 4 days of being dispatched or not been confirmed as dispatched please get in touch with us so we can find a solution.
